On-floor iOCM Touchscreen Module

The iOCM Touchscreen Module is a stunningly designed touchscreen interface system that captures production information in real time for the factory floor and has the capability to generate package labels that conform to the internationally recognised GS1 standard barcoding and labelling systems. For accountability and traceability the PromptU iOCM Touchscreen Module has the following key features:

  • simple, single touch, weigh and print touchscreen transactions
  • can be operated in Automated (un-manned) or Manual mode
  • interfaces to scales, barcode readers and label printers
  • integrates with Production Planning, Sales Orders and Yield System to eliminate mistakes, in ordered product as well as over production of product
